Delivery in Greece with ELTA Courier feedex and ACS Courier and  

Upon completion of your order, you will be automatically sent an email informing you of its registration, in which all the details of your order will be listed. After checking the order and the availability of the products, you can follow the progress of your parcel through our online store simply by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and pressing view on your respective order.

The  shipping cost  is determined based on the volumetric weight of the parcel and you can see it when completing your order.

Delivery hours are daily 10:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday and someone must be available at the address you stated to collect.

The availability mentioned in the products (1-3 days or available) refers to the time period in which our store will ship your order. Delivery time depends on your geographic area and may take an additional 1-3 business days.

If you place your order by 14:00 Monday to Friday our store usually sends the order by courier the next* working day in major cities.
(*Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday)

To smaller cities - remote islands it may take 2-3 days if sent by courier.

The above deadlines may not be met by the transport company during periods of extreme weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times and the Company is not responsible.
