1. Application

2. Orders / Contract

 Orders must be received in writing via the internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on the website www.Greek-Shop.eu. Your order is considered received by GREEK-SHOP from the moment you receive a relevant notification marked "Order Registration Confirmation". Updates on the status of the order appear on the user's screen and are sent by e-mail to the electronic contact address registered by the user. During the processing of each registered order, the stock availability of the products you ordered is also confirmed. In the event that the availability or delivery time differs from that stated on the product page, a relevant update will be received.

Your order is considered binding when the order status shows "Processing". The status of the order is constantly updated as and when changes occur during the management of your order. You are obliged to check the Registration Confirmation and notify GREEK-SHOP immediately (no later than within 2 hours from the time of receiving an electronic notification marked "Order Registration") in writing of any error, otherwise the information stated in the Registration Confirmation will be applied to this Agreement.

The various product offers are valid while stocks last. In case of low/limited availability of stock of a product that has been put on offer, GREEK-SHOP reserves the reasonable right to carry out the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible, i.e. orders registered by different/separate users.

GREEK-SHOP strives to provide you with high quality services every day. GREEK-SHOP, in good faith, is not responsible and is not bound for any errors in characteristics, photos and prices of products listed on the website www.Greek-Shop.eu and cannot guarantee that there will be no errors for any reason against entering and/or updating the features and/or price of a product.

In the context of good faith and for your own protection, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding to order it, please contact the Customer Service Department at 2103315000 or by sending e-mail at info@Greek-Shop.eu. GREEK-SHOP provides the user with the possibility of ordering the products, which are available, through the online store and receiving the products from any store maintained by GREEK-SHOP nationwide. In particular, the customer can choose through the online store the product(s) he/she wants, as well as the specific store (from the existing list on the website with the GREEK-SHOP network of stores) from which he/she wishes to receive his/her order , paying the price of his purchase in cash, upon receipt of the products from the store in question, which he will have already chosen. This possibility is provided under the following terms and conditions:

· The customer must be a registered member on the GREEK-SHOP website so that he has already provided the required information to verify his identity (name, surname, e-mail address, contact phone number, Login (Username) and Personal Secret Code Security (Password).

· The said order will be valid for 48 hours from the moment you receive an informative email about the receipt of your order. In the event that the customer does not come to the store for the execution of his order (that is, receipt of the order and payment of the price) within the above-mentioned deadline, his order will be cancelled, GREEK-SHOP not having any responsibility from because of this.

· In the event that it is established that a user misuses the option provided by GREEK-SHOP (e.g. repeatedly ordering items through the online store and not receiving them from the store, etc.), the latter may reject and refuse such user's order through the in-store pickup option.

3. Cancellation of order

You can cancel your order at any stage of completion by calling us at 2103315000 or by email at info@Greek-Shop.eu. Depending on the stage of development of your order we will inform you about the options you have.

4. Delivery / Ownership / Risk

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to the place you indicated in the Order Form by courier. In areas where it is not possible to send your order through the courier service, the shipping time is that provided by the Hellenic Post Office. Shipments will be made daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Shipping costs start at €2.90 for Attica and Thessaloniki, and by agreement for the rest of Greece (including VAT). These charges concern areas that are not characterized by the cooperating courier company as difficult to reach. For areas that are outside the service network (courier), and characterized as hard to reach, shipping costs will vary. You will be informed of the fact that your area is considered inaccessible and therefore of the cost of transport after the Order Confirmation in writing and within a period of approximately 24 hours. If you do not agree with the transport costs, you have the right within 2 hours of receiving the relevant information to request the correction or cancellation of the order.

GREEK-SHOP, subject to condition 7, will make every effort to dispatch the products to you within 1-3 working (Monday to Friday) days. For products whose availability is "BACK TO ORDER" or "TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE" and provided that they can be ordered from GREEK-SHOP's suppliers, the delivery time is approximately 5-20 working days (Monday to Friday ) depending on the product category. Partial delivery is also possible. The place of delivery is indicated in the "Order Entry". Ownership of the Product is transferred upon full payment and risk is transferred upon delivery.

5. Warranty

 Unless otherwise provided, GREEK-SHOP provides you with a warranty for GREEK-SHOP Branded Products in accordance with the more specific terms and conditions stated in the WARRANTY statement enclosed in each GREEK-SHOP Branded product package. GREEK-SHOP's warranty is in lieu of all implied warranties and such implied warranties are excluded to the extent permitted. GREEK-SHOP may revise the duration of its guarantees from time to time, however any such change will not affect products ordered by you prior to the date of such change.

Software not owned by GREEK-SHOP is provided under license and warranty of the Software licensor. GREEK-SHOP includes in the Product the Software license you need, where necessary. You must comply with this license.

GREEK-SHOP does not guarantee or guarantee protection for third-party products (products not manufactured and/or assembled by or on behalf of GREEK-SHOP, and which GREEK-SHOP simply resells). For such products you will receive a warranty directly from the manufacturer or licensor for 2 years.

GREEK-SHOP does not warrant or guarantee the fitness of any product sold for any particular purpose.

6. Force Majeure

 GREEK-SHOP shall not be liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond GREEK-SHOP's fault or due to force majeure and shall be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

7. Your obligations as a Customer

8. Withdrawal - Product Returns - Consumer Rights

 You have the right to return the products you have purchased, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, under the following terms and conditions: The return must be made no later than within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it (as new), i.e. without its packaging being unsealed or tampered with, exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam etc) and with all the contents of the original packaging (forms of instructions for use, characteristics and guarantees, connection cables, installation software, etc.).

In order for the return to be accepted, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details appear on the proof of purchase. In case the purchase has been made with a credit card, the original receipt issued by the bank POS must be shown

A product that has been sold with an additional gift (eg free memory, etc.) must be returned together with the additional gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Lighting products such as Christmas lights can be returned within 7 days from the day of receipt, if they have a defect, as well as other seasonal products such as carnival costumes, lamps, inflatables, etc.

 

As long as the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled either to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another/s or a refund in cash or by crediting an account to be notified to GREEK-SHOP, provided that the purchase was made with cash or credit card. The refund will be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product at our headquarters. (Products coming from logistic countries of the European Union are returned there at the buyer's expense)

The consumer is responsible for saving (backup) and deleting (delete) any data (data) he recorded or programs (software) he installed on a hard disk or any other storage medium of a returned product. GREEK-SHOP bears no responsibility for the loss or disclosure of such data or programs.

In the event of repeated returns or in the event that GREEK-SHOP, at its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer is abusing the right to return or is acting in bad faith, it is entitled to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

In order to avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). In the event that you find a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day at 210.3315000 or by email at info@Greek-Shop.eu.

The return policy of GREEK-SHOP does not concern defective products, which are covered by their respective guarantees. To deal with defects or lack of agreed properties in the items sold, the provisions of the civil code apply. For a property to be considered contracted, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties. This Agreement does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.

9. Modification of the terms hereof

 GREEK-SHOP reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will be effective from the moment this text is updated regarding any change.

10. Miscellaneous

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by court order, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in effect. GREEK-SHOP may enter into an agreement to delegate its obligations to a suitable third party. Otherwise, neither party shall be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notices must be in writing (by hand, email or letter via first class post, which will be deemed delivered 48 hours after posting).

11. Security of Transactions

The company recognizes the importance of the security of Personal Data, as well as electronic transactions, and has taken all the necessary measures, with the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure the maximum possible security. All information related to users' personal information is kept confidential.

The details of the users (name, occupation, e-mail address, residential address, etc.) and the transactions of the users of the online store are considered confidential, just like the transactions in a commercial store. Users, when providing their details in the context of their transactions, consent and accept the imminent processing of personal data, for the needs of a smooth and smooth transaction between the parties, as well as the transmission of these details to recipients who will be identified in particular, they are the employees of the company in the context of processing the contract being drawn up. Also, the existence of the right of access and the right of opposition of articles 12 and 13 of Law 2472/1997 is hereby notified.

 This Agreement shall be governed by European and Greek Law, in particular the laws governing matters relating to electronic commerce, distance sales and consumer protection, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lamia.
